Saving Internal Energy: Hello there, In my last article I had told you about how to believe in yourselves. So, I hope you have learnt many great things and started practicing. Today, I am going to tell you something about Internal Energy. Let me say a small definition of Internal Energy - "Its your Mental Thinking", yes, the energy you are thinking about is actually the power inside you, its your mental thinking. Let us explain us with an example, Have you ever thought dreaming of becoming rich, when you were dreaming of something what was it going on your mind, I hope lots of $$$ (Money). But, But, wait a while, think that someone is running behind you to murder you, oops... your heartbeat increases and most of you start sweating. Now, what do you think, Internal energy depends upon the way you are thinking positive or negative, its your mental thinking.
If your mind is telling you that you are tired, then your body, nerves and other body parts start accepting that you are tired. But, If your mind is taking keen interest in some specific topic, then you can continue the work for a long time without tiring a bit. When we laugh, our body gets energetic but whenever we cry, our body becomes a bit lazy doing other works, why? Everything is your thinking, we can save our energy while crying also, now the question arises, HOW? Its very simple, just think positive while crying, I mean to say think that whatever happened is for the sake of Good, never make an entry to negative thoughts into your mind.
Talk less to save your energy: Scientists have also proved this fact that taking less increases our internal energy and mind power, let me explain you how and why? Whenever we talk more and loudly, our mind makes all the body energy to be transferred to our throat and the blood circulation towards other parts of the body becomes slow, this causes laziness and dizziness. Save your internal energy, talk less and slowly.
Meditation increases your mind and internal power dramatically. Yes, this is very important to perform meditation at-least 5-10 minutes daily. During this period, never think of anything, just sit calmly on a lonely place, relax your mind and make your mind vacant from other tensions. Try this for 7-10 days and post your experience here, tell me whether they are positive or negative. I can assure you that you will definitely get success in other fields just by giving 5-10 minutes for yourselves, Your day will become energetic and relaxed.
